My favourite piece of technology

My favourite piece of technology is my phone... i know that is boring, predictable and typical to choose it, but is the object that more use, accompanies me everyday, all day.

From morning with the alarm, in the trayect to university with msic and chats, in the class with the notes, search for information, mails, reminders and the comnication with my  friends, family and mates... with the organization in general, in the night check the mails, chats and play "mobile legends", i listen music in the shower and configure alarms for the next day.

it is a very useful object, functional and fun, i recommend its use but with moderation, because the social medias are addictive, can cause self esteem issues, beside  generate poor posture and sight problems...

Personally, sometimes it generates a negative dependency and takes up a lot of my time, but if i use it well and in moderation, it is very efficient and pleasant.
